Meet John
John Johns, 36, is a husband and father of 2.
John started off in a freight forwarding company. He was the guy in the office everyone went to when having computer problems. He thrived on problem solving and working hard. He knew that only way to get anywhere in life was to keep working harder than most people. So in 1996 John took his talents and ambitions and opened up his own business.
John has been the owner and senior technician of DL Systems, Inc. for the past 10 years. In those ten years, he has built up a client base of over 200. With himself and his employees available to service his customers, John currently looks forward to growing his business. His goals for Direct Link include continuing to provide extraordinary service to his clients while opening up additional offices based on providing that same superior service to its clients.
When John is not responding to service calls, he enjoys spending time outdoors. From surfing and skiing to camping with his family, he just likes to be active.
When asked what message he wanted to convey to customers and potential clients, John said “Service, service, service. I want people to know that they can trust us. We will do whatever is necessary to fix the problem while not recommending services that are not needed. We are here to provide our customers with a quality service. While we can’t guarantee they will never have computer problems, we can guarantee we can fix them. We want every interaction with Direct Link to be a positive experience. I want our customers to know that we are here for them.”
